- Lesotho Financial Intelligence Unit (LFIU).
The primary legislation governing KYC/AML in Lesotho is section 15 of the Money Laundering and Proceed crime ACT 2008.

The Data Protection Act, 2013 (the DP Act) enforces Lesotho’s data protection laws.
